We offer commission rebates to new home
buyers for new homes and new condos. Most home builders and developers
pay commissions or referral fees to real estate
brokers. They do this to compete with resales and encourage realtors to bring
buyers to their new home communities.
How does it work? Please contact us
when you start your initial home search so that we can assist and consult with you
on your new home search. If there is a
community or builder that you are interested in, please call us at
703.333.2055 prior to your first visit to the builder's sales office.
Also, it is important to note
that your real estate agent may need to accompany
you on your first
visit to the builder's sales office. If visit a new home community or
builder's sales office without your real estate agent, you must inform the builder's on-site
salesperson that you have an agent. You will need to write the
agent's name on the registration card and make sure that the builder
recognizes your real estate agent. Therefore, it is always best to contact
David Gorman at 703.333.2055 prior to visiting or contacting any
builder's sales office.
To start your search for new

on your new home or resale home search.
*Commission rebates assume that the builder
is paying a 3% buyer's side brokerage commission. Rebates to be 50% of commission paid if builder pays
less than 3%. Builder must
recognize and pay your real estate broker a commission for any rebate to
apply. For
rebates to apply, buyer should have a signed buyer rebate agreement with
real estate broker. If purchaser is obtaining new financing, purchaser
should notify lender(s) about broker rebate at loan application. If
you previously had signed a resale buyer broker agreement
and placed offer(s) on resales, then the resale rebate will
apply for new homes.
