Assumes a 3% commission being paid by builder. Refunds or rebates will vary based on what the builder is paying real estate brokers. Buyer will need to have a signed buyer broker agreement for any rebates to apply. Rebate schedule assumes builder is paying a 3% commission. If commission or referral fee paid by builder is less than 3%, then rebates will be 50% of referral fee.
If purchaser is
obtaining financing, purchaser should notify lender about broker
